On-Page SEO: Rank Your Website Without Backlinks

We know there are two types of SEO.

  • Off-Page SEO. Here we are discussing On-Page SEO.

“On-Page SEO is the entire activity that we do within our website which helps our website rank on top of any search engine like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc”.

You must have heard about the phrase “Content is the King”. Yes, it’s true, for any website content is very important.

Keyword Research and Analysis

Title Tag and Description

You can put high traffic Keywords on your Title Tag and Description. 

Anchor Text

You can put an anchor text in your content, anchor text is a hyperlink that you give to any word or phrase.

Suppose you have written the phrase “SEO is good for websites”, in this phrase you can add a hyperlink on “SEO”.

So that if anyone clicks on SEO they go to your SEO page where you have explained what is SEO.

You can give a hyperlink to any word or phrase to explain to your readers what that word or phrase means.

“Anchor text is simply adding a link to any word or phrase so that if readers click to that link they can go to that page and read about it.”

Internal linking is good to keep readers spend more time on your website, you can give a hyperlink to your websites on other pages.

Dofollow and Nofollow Backlinks

You can allow Googlebot to crawl on your hyperlinks by Dofollow backlink, and Nofollow backlink means you disallow the Googlebot to crawl on your hyperlink.

Sitemaps

A Sitemap is a list of your websites all pages. it’s important to put sitemaps so that Googlebot can read all your pages very easily.

Generating sitemaps is good for your website ranking.

You can install the “Yoast SEO plugin” for a WordPress website to generate the sitemaps automatically.

And for the HTML website, there are lots of sitemap generator tools.
